Ana R. Alcacio-Eldridge

Hola! I'm Ana, and my journey into the world of therapy is deeply intertwined with my own life experiences. I was born in Mexico and immigrated to the United States at the age of 13, filled with both excitement and uncertainty about the new chapter ahead.

As an immigrant navigating a new culture and language, I encountered challenges that sparked my passion for resilience and healing. These experiences planted the seeds for what would later become Vida Counseling—a place of empowerment and support for individuals on their own unique journeys.

At Vida, we believe in the power of storytelling—the stories of resilience, hope, and strength that shape who we are. Our approach is rooted in authenticity, empathy, and cultural sensitivity, reflecting my own journey and the journeys of those we serve.

I invite you to join us at Vida Counseling, where every story is honored, and every journey is embraced with compassion and purpose.

Rebeca J. Morales

Hola! I'm Rebeca. My story is deeply rooted in my Mexican heritage and a passion for promoting healing and resilience. Like Ana, I was born in Mexico and embarked on a transformative journey when I immigrated to the United States.

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by personal experiences of overcoming challenges and embracing new beginnings. As an immigrant navigating a new country, I discovered the importance of mental and emotional well-being in building a fulfilling life.

Therapy became my calling—a way to give back, help others find their voice, and support them on their own paths to healing.

I am dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where individuals can discover their inner strength, cultivate resilience, and embark on a journey towards personal growth and fulfillment.

I invite you to join us at Vida Counseling, where your story is valued, and your journey towards healing is met with compassion and purpose.

Trisha Moreno

Hola, soy Trisha!

I’m a bilingual Licensed Associate Counselor, and I’m passionate about helping people find healing, resilience, and clarity in their lives. With specialized training in EMDR, I bring a trauma-informed approach to therapy, allowing clients to process difficult experiences and gain new insights at a pace that feels right for them. I especially enjoy working with older teens, women, and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, major life transitions, and relationship issues.

My approach is all about collaboration and authenticity. I believe that therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be fully yourself. In our sessions, I draw from techniques like EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused methods, so we can find what resonates best with you. I love working with clients from diverse backgrounds, and as someone who values cultural identity, I offer support for those experiencing acculturation challenges.

Beyond all the techniques and tools, my main goal is to walk alongside you as you create meaningful change. I know taking that first step can feel daunting, but I’m here to make the journey smoother. Let’s explore how you can move forward and find balance—together.

Hi, I am Brandi!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. While I am not bilingual, I bring a wealth of expertise and cultural sensitivity to my practice, ensuring that all clients feel understood and valued regardless of their background. With a strong foundation in social work and counseling, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. My training in EMDR, CPT, and TF-CBT allows me to provide evidence-based, client-centered care tailored to each person’s unique needs.

I work with clients ages 8 and older, creating a safe and supportive environment where they can feel heard and supported. My approach emphasizes meeting clients where they are and guiding them toward healing, resilience, and personal growth. I have a deep understanding of diverse experiences and cultural contexts, and I am committed to ensuring that my clients feel seen, valued, and understood throughout their journey.

Outside of my work as a counselor, I cherish my role as a mother to my young daughter and enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. In my free time, I love traveling, playing board games, and relaxing with a good movie. I am dedicated to walking alongside my clients on their path to wellness, helping them find strength and clarity as they navigate life’s challenges.
