Fees

At Vida Collective, Ana is paneled with most major insurance plans, while Rebeca accepts cash payments only. We ask that payment for each session be made in full at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, or check. If you plan to use insurance, please confirm with us beforehand to ensure Ana is in-network with your specific plan. We’ll assist you in understanding your co-pay and deductible responsibilities. Additionally, we offer scholarships as they become available.

Cancellations or Missed Appointments

We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss this window, it will be marked as a missed appointment, and a fee will be applied. Please keep in mind that insurance companies do not cover missed sessions. The only time this fee may be waived is in the event of an emergency or illness. However, if fees for missed appointments are not settled, we’ll need to pause your ability to schedule future appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

• 1st occurrence: $25

• 2nd occurrence: $50

• 3rd and following occurrences: $100

Policy applies to both in-office and telehealth appointments.
