Ana R. Alcacio Eldridge
Licensed Professional Counselor
Hola! I'm Ana, and my journey into the world of therapy is deeply intertwined with my own life experiences. I was born in Mexico and immigrated to the United States at the age of 13, filled with both excitement and uncertainty about the new chapter ahead.
As an immigrant navigating a new culture and language, I encountered challenges that sparked my passion for resilience and healing. These experiences planted the seeds for what would later become Vida Collective—a place of empowerment and support for individuals on their own unique journeys.
At Vida, we believe in the power of storytelling—the stories of resilience, hope, and strength that shape who we are. Our approach is rooted in authenticity, empathy, and cultural sensitivity, reflecting my own journey and the journeys of those we serve.
I invite you to join us at Vida Collective, where every story is honored, and every journey is embraced with compassion and purpose.
