Therapists in Little Rock AR | Meet Vida Collective

You’re ready to feel calm, confident, and connected again.

You’ve spent years giving your best to everyone around you, but somewhere in the process, you stopped feeling like yourself. We’re here to help you find your balance again, with therapy that feels human, steady, and made for your real life

I know what it’s like to move through the world in survival mode.

When I immigrated to the U.S. from Mexico at thirteen, I learned to survive by staying quiet, to work hard, stay polite, and never take up too much space. That silence became my safety, even as it slowly disconnected me from myself.

For years, I carried that survival into adulthood, always composed, always responsible, always trying to be everything for everyone. On the outside, I looked fine. Inside, I was exhausted.

My turning point came the first time I sat in therapy and finally felt seen. It gave me a language for what I had carried in silence, the grief, the pressure, and the constant need to belong.

That moment changed everything. I realized that strength doesn’t come from holding it all together, it comes from slowing down enough to listen.

That truth shaped how I live, and it’s the foundation of how I now walk alongside my clients: with curiosity, compassion, and the space to rediscover who they are beneath the noise.

If you’re like many of the women we work with, you’ve spent years holding it all together, waiting for life to finally slow down.

But balance doesn’t come from doing it perfectly, it begins when you give yourself permission to be fully, unapologetically you.

Everyone deserves a space where they can slow down, feel seen, and finally get to the root of what’s keeping them stuck.

It’s possible to move from surviving, or simply functioning to living with intention and peace when you have the right support, tools, and understanding.

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning because something still feels unresolved, you deserve a space that feels safe, real, and connected for women like you.

My purpose is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with the parts of yourself that you may have silenced or outgrown, so you can live in alignment with who you truly are, not just who you’ve had to be.

We’re not  the “quick fix” kind of therapists and chances are, that’s not what you’re looking for either. Our approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and connection.

Over the years, We’ve worked with hundreds of clients who came to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected, or frustrated after trying everything else. Together, we’ve untangled patterns that once felt impossible to change and created space for calm, confidence, and clarity to take root again.

Vida Collective Counseling is built around one simple truth: healing feels different when it feels human.

You deserve a space where therapy meets you where you are and helps you rediscover who you’ve always been beneath the stress, expectations, and noise.

The Vida Collective team is made up of compassionate, trauma-informed therapists who support women in reconnecting with themselves in a space that feels grounded, human, and supportive.

Maria Gomez

"She came to therapy feeling unseen within her family, always striving to meet their expectations. Through compassionate exploration, she uncovered old wounds tied to her sense of worth. With time, she set boundaries, made choices aligned with her values, and created space that felt like her own. Today, she maintains a healthier relationship with her family — one built on respect and authenticity — and no longer defines her worth by anyone’s approval but her own."

From Seeking Approval to Self-Acceptance (Anonymous)

"This client began therapy during a severe depressive episode, convinced she should handle everything alone. Most sessions started with “I don’t know,” and she carried deep guilt and self-blame. Over time, she learned to pause, identify her emotions, and name what she truly felt. As she set boundaries and reconnected with her voice, she left a toxic relationship and regained clarity. By the end, her depression had lifted, and she walked away feeling seen, whole, and empowered."

From Avoidance to Empowerment (Anonymous)

"She arrived feeling disconnected, insisting her childhood trauma “didn’t really affect” her — yet her relationships showed otherwise. Through therapy, she realized her anxiety was her body remembering. As she explored attachment wounds, allowed herself to grieve, and embraced compassion, she learned closeness didn’t mean losing control. Today, she lives with peace and safety, now married with a child, honoring the version of herself who once doubted healing was possible."

From “It Didn’t Affect Me” to Healing the Past (Anonymous)

"A high achiever in every area of life, this client still felt perpetually “not enough.” In therapy, she learned that her harsh self-criticism wasn’t a fixed truth but a pattern she could soften. As she practiced compassion, rest, and joy without guilt, her inner critic lost its power. Now she moves through life with balance and acceptance — no longer just knowing she’s enough, but finally feeling it."
