Therapy for Women | Vida Collective | Little Rock AR & Nearby Areas

Empowering women to lead their lives with confidence, calm, and connection.

Individual therapy is where you rediscover your strength, trust your voice, and build a life that feels grounded and true to who you are, not who you’ve been told to be.

Here is your space to exhale..

You’ve worked hard to “hold it all together,” but deep down, you still feel anxious, disconnected, or unsure of who you are anymore

You wake up already in motion, packing lunches, or getting ready for work, answering texts, replaying yesterday’s to-do list before your feet even hit the floor.

You spend the day showing up for everyone, at work, at home, in your community, holding space for others while quietly running on autopilot.

At night, you scroll your phone in bed, too tired to rest but too wired to stop, wondering why the life you worked so hard for still feels heavy.

You tell yourself to be more patient with your kids, or partner but by the end of the day, you’re running on empty, snapping, apologizing, and carrying guilt that never seems to fade.

You love the people in your life deeply, but lately even connection feels like work, you listen, you comfort, you show up and still wonder when it will be your turn to be understood.

But the truth is, you don’t have to keep proving your strength. You’re allowed to be cared for, to take up space, and to be yourself without apology.

What if you could go from:

Feeling emotionally drained and disconnected to feeling calm, centered, and genuinely present in your own life?

Trying to manage everything perfectly to learning how to rest, set boundaries, and ask for what you need without guilt?

Overthinking every decision to trusting yourself and feeling confident in the choices you make?

Carrying old pain and patterns that won’t let go to finally understanding where they come from and knowing how to release them?

Holding it all together on the outside to actually feeling peaceful and grounded on the inside?

therapy for moms

That’s exactly what our Individual Therapy for Women is designed to do, to help you move beyond temporary relief and create lasting emotional change.

Together, we’ll slow down, heal at the root, and rediscover a version of yourself that feels calm, confident, and whole.

Here’s What’s Included

Start with a safe space to talk

We’ll begin by understanding your story, what’s been working, what hasn’t, and what you truly want to feel. This first step is about slowing down and creating safety, so you don’t have to carry it all alone.

Get to the root of what’s keeping you stuck

Together, we’ll look beneath the surface to uncover patterns, beliefs, and emotions that have been shaping your life. You’ll gain clarity and practical tools to respond differently instead of falling into old cycles.

Build lasting change from the inside out.

As therapy unfolds, you’ll start to feel more grounded, confident, and connected, learning to trust yourself and live in alignment with who you truly are.

That’s exactly what our Individual Therapy for Women is designed to do, to help you move beyond temporary relief and create lasting emotional change.

Together, we’ll slow down, heal at the root, and rediscover a version of yourself that feels calm, confident, and whole.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How does virtual therapy work?

Virtual therapy sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You’ll receive a private link before your session no downloads needed. All you need is a stable internet connection, a quiet space, and a device with a camera and microphone.

  • Can I use my insurance for virtual therapy?

Yes! We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ambetter, QualChoice, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, and Arkansas Medicaid.

If we are out-of-network with your provider, we can provide a superbill that you can submit for potential reimbursement.

  • What if I prefer in-person therapy?

We currently offer both virtual and in-person sessions at our Little Rock office. You can choose the option that best fits your schedule, comfort, and needs—many clients even combine both for flexibility.

  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?

We understand that things come up. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

    • First late cancellation or no-show: $25 fee
    • Second occurrence: $50 fee
    • Third and following: $100 fee

This policy helps us reserve time for clients who are waiting for sessions while respecting your therapist’s schedule.

  • Can I switch therapists within Vida Collective?

Absolutely. We know the right fit matters. If at any point you feel another therapist might better meet your needs, our team can help you transition smoothly to another provider within our practice.

  • How long are sessions?

Most sessions are 53 minutes, which aligns with both clinical best practices and insurance standards. Extended sessions may be available upon request.

  • What if I’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t work?

Many of our clients come to us after feeling like previous therapy only scratched the surface. Our approach focuses on helping you go deeper—understanding the “why” behind your patterns, not just managing symptoms. Whether this is your first time or your fifth, it’s never too late to experience therapy that feels different—human, connected, and rooted in your story.

  • Do you offer therapy in Spanish?

Yes! Vida Collective Counseling is a bilingual practice offering therapy in both English and Spanish. You can choose the language that feels most natural and comfortable for you. We believe healing happens best when you can express yourself fully, in the language of your heart.

  • Do you prescribe medication?

No, we do not prescribe medication. However, if medication might support your treatment, we can refer you to a trusted primary care physician or psychiatrist for evaluation. We believe in a collaborative approach—supporting your mental health from both a therapeutic and medical perspective when needed.

  • Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

    • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
    • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
    • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
    • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
