Hi, I'm Carolina! As a Mexican American therapist, I'm passionate about increasing mental health awareness and improving access to care within Hispanic communities. Growing up, I learned that while we can't prevent every difficult experience, we can walk alongside others with compassion, understanding, and support—and that's what inspired me to become a therapist.

I firmly believe that healing begins when people feel safe, seen, and understood. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel empowered to heal, grow, and embrace

your authentic self. It is an honor to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life's challenges and discover their inner strength. Outside of sessions, you'll often find me social dancing, where I enjoy the connection, joy, and flow that movement brings to life.

The Vida Collective team is made up of compassionate, trauma-informed therapists who support women in reconnecting with themselves in a space that feels grounded, human, and supportive.
